Sound Bath

Christina will be playing crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes, a gong and more to immerse you in harmonious sound vibrations to reduce stress and increase relaxation.

All ages are welcome! Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Feel free to bring your own mats, pillows, or blankets to be comfortable. There are a few available at the wellness center as well.

Arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled in.

Access the class by parking behind the wellness center and going in the back entrance.

This class is donation based, and all proceeds will go to benefit the mission of Isch Wellness Center.
