Plant Connection Class

Ancient medicine didn’t just use herbs or plants, it had a relationship with them.
Each plant has its own personality even if the same type.
We will be connecting with plants and learning how to grow a deeper connection with them.

We will do this with a guided meditation, allowing your body to begin to open communication and quiet the world that silences those who cannot communicate through words.
Once we come out of the meditation, we will be exploring the energy of plants.
Feeling into herbs, houseplants, just different types of plants that will be brought to the class.

Then we will go over questions that help us expand our consciousness around nature and our ecosystem.

There will be 10 spots available for this class
$8 per person
