This month, we’ll dive into Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Stand). We’ll break the pose down step-by-step, working through alignment, technique, and preparation drills to help you feel strong and supported as you take flight.

This workshop is ideal for students with at least 6 months of consistent practice who are ready to explore new challenges in a fun, supportive environment.
