PA x OPS Adaptive Workout Class

Pure Abilities recreational therapists and behavior consultants are partnering with OPS for an adaptive workout class.

It is time again that we have scheduled a workout class partnered with OPS for our clients. If you have not been a part of these workout classes, you can expect a fast paced HIIT workout style with stations. We utilize the basketball court along with the adult performance center and the workout is led by a certified trainer that is employed through OPS.

The class will be Thursday, March 19th 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. This is a fun way to get your athlete involved in exercise and learn about the benefits. It is also educational as therapists so that we can learn to utilize the equipment properly and educate ourselves on different adaptations/exercises that benefit our participants.
