Join us for Memory Care Connections!

Guided by our Memory Care Support Specialist, the Heritage Park community is invited to come for a time of support and understanding with others who are facing similar challenges related to caring for someone with Alzheimer’s Disease or dementia. We’ll have different conversations and education for each date. Snacks and beverages will be provided.

All are welcome, we hope to see you there.

Third Tuesday of every month From 1 - 2 p.m.
