Knitting 101: 4-Week Series

Knitting has been known to be a meditative hobby as a creative outlet that can help reduce stress. Learn the basic skills of knitting in this series. Supplies will be provided. For continued participation, attendance the first week is required.

For the health and safety of our facilitators and participants, please refrain from wearing scented lotions or perfumes.
