🎉 EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT! In celebration of 1 year at our new location, The Fight Lab is launching its FIRST EVER Kids Camp!

When: Wed July 30 – Fri Aug 1, from 2pm - 4pm

What: Basic concepts for Self Defense, Muay Thai Kickboxing, and Jiu Jitsu + a ton of fun in the process!

Who: Kids ages 5 - 12
