Ecstatic Dance Gathering

Join us on August 17th at 5 pm for an Ecstatic Dance Gathering.

We will begin with a light body scan meditation to connect with our bodies, allowing them to communicate and start releasing what has been stagnant for some time.

We will dance and release tension, giving our bodies the space to express what's been stored inside.

*There is an open invitation to stand in front of the mirror and LOVE your body, if you are ready for this step.

Afterward, we will take a short break to rest and connect with each other.

Then, we will connect to each chakra and explore what it represents in the body and in our lives, helping us reflect on who we want to become as we release the old.

We will dance some more.

Remember, you don’t have to dance; this is an open invitation to let go. Have fun moving your body, expressing yourself, and embracing movement in your body and life.

Feel free to bring community snacks to share.

ONLY open for 10 people, ages 10 and up.

The investment in yourself is $10, which will go toward the Cat Sanctuary!
