Join us for our August meeting — *on a special day!
This month only, we’re moving from our usual Tuesday gathering to Thursday to avoid overlapping with the joint Business After Hours with Destin and Fort Walton.

For August, we’ll put the spotlight on confidence again — this time inspired by Radical Confidence: 10 No BS Lessons to Becoming the Hero of Your Own Life by Lisa Bilyeu, co-founder of Quest Nutrition. We’ll explore how confidence isn’t a quality you’re born with or without — it’s a skill you can learn, practice and strengthen. Together, we’ll share strategies for building confidence and reframing those thoughts that might be holding you back.

We’re also excited to welcome our guest speaker and sponsor, Melanie Yost, LCSW, co-owner of Be Well Solutions and Complete Ketamine Solutions in Destin. Melanie will present “Change Your Story, Change Your Life: Understanding the Self-Sabotaging Stories We Inherit and Create” — a powerful session on how to identify, challenge, and rewrite the narratives that shape what we do.
