Refunds Due to Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that Shades of Adventure: Family Summer Camp is canceled by the organizers for any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund of your registration fee.

No Refunds for Other Reasons: Aside from event cancellation by the organizers, no other refunds will be provided. This includes, but is not limited to, participant cancellations, changes in personal circumstances, medical issues, weather conditions, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Transfer of Registrations: If you are unable to attend the Shades of Adventure: Family Summer Camp after registering, you have the option to transfer your registration to another individual. To initiate the transfer process, you must notify the event organizers via email at least 7 days before the camp start date. The email should include the full name and contact information of the person to whom you are transferring your registration. A transfer fee of [Insert Transfer Fee] may apply.
