Semi-Private Sound Meditations

Experience harmonious vibrations of gong, quartz chakra singing bowls, koshi elemental chimes, rainstick, and other sacred instruments. Be easily guided into peaceful relaxation with soul soothing sounds and sweet meditations. Feel grounded and fully supported, as well as lighter and elevated, uplifted in loving energy.

Provided:
• mat, bolster, blanket, lightly weighted eye pillow
• zero gravity chair (upon request)

What to Bring:
• water, dress cozy, pillow/blanket (anything needed for added comfort), crystals to charge in the frequencies

These sound bath sessions are limited to 5 guests each. Great for a small group of friends or couples to book together.

From either parking lot go to the street side of the building and enter through the glass door with the Soaring Soul Wellness sign. Feel free to arrive 10-15 minutes early to find us and settle in.
