• Ham, Gruyère & Spinach Frittata – baked and served warm with mixed greens (v without ham)
• Avocado & Jamón Toast – sourdough with smashed avocado, jamón serrano, and flake salt (add poached egg +2)
• Croque Madame – grilled ham & Gruyère with béchamel on brioche, topped with a sunny-side egg
• Seasonal Yogurt Bowl – Greek yogurt with granola, fruit, and honey (v, gf)
• Warm Croissants – fresh-baked with whipped butter and seasonal preserves (v)
