In recognition of National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we gather in stillness and movement to honour the children who never returned home, the survivors of residential schools, their families, and communities. Through a slow, intentional yoga practice, we will create space for reflection, healing, and acknowledgment of the truths that continue to shape our collective history.
This class offers a trauma-informed, accessible flow combining breathwork, gentle movement, and guided meditation. We will root our practice in humility and deep respect for the Indigenous peoples of this land, whose traditions, cultures, and wisdom endure despite generations of systemic harm.
🧡 You are invited to wear orange as a gesture of remembrance and solidarity.
