Puppies and Pilates AND Puppy Yoga

Strengthen your core and your heart at Puppies & Pilates! This fun fusion class blends low-impact Pilates movements with high-impact puppy love. Expect laughter, licks, and lots of tail wags as adoptable puppies join you on the mat. Feel the burn, then get puppy snuggles. (1-2pm)

Unroll your mat and get ready to downward dog… with actual, adoptable puppies! Puppy Yoga combines gentle yoga flows with the joy of playful, adoptable puppies roaming around the studio. This beginner-friendly class is perfect for all levels and designed to melt away stress while helping puppies socialize and find forever homes. Come for the yoga, stay for the cuddles. (3-4pm)

Supply donations graciously accepted:

FortiFlora (Probiotic)
Cat litter
Cat trees/scratching posts (and/ or gently used cat trees)
Feliway diffusers and refills (especially Feliway Friends or MultiCat)
Large Puppy pads
Wet dog/puppy food
Grain-free wet cat/kitten food
Kongs and other strong chew toys
