Team Building

Team Building workshops are a great option for units and teams with a desire to improve cohesion amongst the group. This series is focused on helping squad- and platoon-sized groups maintain and/or enhance the overall culture of trust and connection by participating in Team Building cognitive activities together. Every Team Building workshop targets a central theme or component of team building (e.g., communication, problem solving, trust), and Performance Experts lead groups through discussions on how to apply these themes to operational settings.
