Mind Gym

Mind Gym workshops are personal and professional development workshops designed for individual performers who are looking to refine, enhance, and/or maintain performance resilience and excellence. R2 personnel deliver performance-based training that equips individuals with mental skills and strategies to maintain resilience in the face of performance challenges and adversity. There are a plethora of mental skills to learn about, including but not limited to: confidence, energy management, motivation, self-awareness, and self-regulation.
