Start your Saturday with a feel-good, all-levels flow inside the taproom — led by Kari Edwards, a Fort Myers–based instructor and proud plant mom. Kari’s vinyasa-style classes blend movement, breath, and just the right amount of challenge, with touches of Pilates and sculpt to keep things interesting. Expect accessible variations for beginners, fun options for seasoned yogis, and a relaxed vibe that doesn’t take itself too seriously — it is yoga in a brewery, after all.
