Parks and Rec is excited to introduce a Mat Pilates class!
Mat Pilates is a fun low-impact workout for all fitness levels. It combines strength, stretch, and control movements with a focus on the core. Through precise movements Pilates recruits a wide range of muscle groups to improve flexibility, stability, and balance. Bring a mat, remove your shoes, and enjoy a healthy new exercise.

Instructor: Cindy Martin
Cindy Martin enjoys sharing her energy and passion for healthy living. As a Pilates instructor, Cindy promotes flexibility, balance, and strength with an emphasis on deep core muscles. She is certified in several fitness formats including Mat Pilates, Body Bump, Barre, HIIT, Bootcamp, and Spin. Pilates is perfect for anyone looking for a low-impact workout to improve body composition, and overall physical and mental well-being.
Cindy, along with her husband and two dogs, moved to Babcock Ranch recently and have embraced their new community. Prior to her fitness career, Cindy was a TV Producer for “America’s Most Wanted.” When she’s not teaching killer workouts, she is writing her debut crime novel.
