Intermediate Back Handspring Clinic

Parks and Recreation is excited to announce an Intermediate Back Handspring Clinic! This class will teach proper technique in order to develop the muscle memory needed to perform this amazing skill. There will be drills and progressions to teach a standing back handspring.

Get your child signed up for a Flippin' experience!

Who: All kids ages 5-11

Cost: $20

When: Monday, July 7

Time: 7-8pm

Where: Field House, Court 3

What to bring: Water bottle and lots of energy

Instructor: Katie Smith, NETA Certified Personal Trainer, Gymnastics/Cheer Instructor, Zumba Instructor

*All attendees must also be part of the Babcock Parks and Rec program. The affordable yearly membership will also give you access to a wide variety of future classes and events*
