About the event

Beginner Back Bend Clinic
Parks and Recreation is excited to announce a Beginner Backbend Clinic! This exciting class will teach proper alignment and technique of backbends as our skilled instructor guides kids through a series of drills to expand flexibility and strength.

Get your child signed up for a Flippin' experience!

Who: All kids ages 5-11
Cost: $20
When: Monday, July 1
Time: 6:30-7:30pm
Where: Field House, Court 3
What to bring: Water bottle and lots of energy
Instructor: Katie Smith
