Youth Learn-To-Sail Courses Begin!

⛵️ From ages 8+, we've got interactive sailing sessions for water-lovers across all skill levels. Under the guidance of certified sailing instructors, your child will catch the wind—navigating, operating, and collaborating on the protected waters of Mill Creek at the Community Pier. Whether they are beginners, intermediate sailors, or aspiring High School Sailing enthusiasts, our fun and knowledgeable staff is prepared to turn their sailing dreams into reality.

💡 The excitement extends ashore with hands-on activities aligned with Reach, US Sailing’s STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) education initiatives.

🫶 As a designated US Sailing Community Sailing Center open to the public, we thrive on local involvement and diversity through partnerships with organizations that share YSV’s mission, vision, and values. We believe everyone should have access to the wonders of sailing, and for those in need, we encourage you to apply for a partial or full grant to cover course fees!
