Sisters, Addiction comes in all forms. Alcohol, Drugs, cigarettes/vaping,Food/Sugar, Gambling, Workouts,Work, electronic devices and the list goes on and on. If there’s even the tiniest whisper calling you forward to question your relationship with anything, I encourage you to be open to this sacred circle. That whisper is our intuition that’s been calling us back—to presence, to peace, to power. Choosing mental freedom, isn’t about being perfect, it’s about being present. It’s about learning to sit with ourselves, to feel, to heal, and to rise. And as women, we are meant to rise together 🦋
