~Grief and family stress/expectations is Heavy,let the sounds and vibrations of the Bowls carry it Away ~
This is a Sacred Space for anyone experiencing Grief or stress . This is an ancient healing technique using seven crystal sound bowls and other instruments such as Drums and chimes. The different instruments create a harmony of sounds and vibrations. The sounds help to relax the mind and calm the nervous system down. The subtle vibrations help to move stagnant energy off the body's energetic field. The grief is heavy on the heart, almost like an elephant sitting on your chest/heart. Sound Therapy can help assist the heaviness and grief through your body so it can be released 💚
You will lay down or be seated in a chair, comfortably. Pillow, blanket,chairs and tissues are provided. We will light an individual candle for our loved one,start out with a moment of silence and prayer. The Sound Journey is 60 minutes.All you need to do is close your eyes let the sounds relax your mind,melt away your stress and bring renewed energy to your heart. Eye masks are optional and provided. Tears are Welcome and encouraged. Please Wear loose and comfortable clothing
