Nervous System Regulation Workshop

Hello everyone, my name is Amanda and I’m new to the area. I’m leading a Nervous System Regulation Workshop on Saturday November 8th from 12pm to 1pm at my dear friend Christy’s shop, Venus Energy Center. Regulating your nervous system can help with stress and anxiety to bring and overall level of calm. In this class we will go over various quick and easy techniques. This is a donation based event, just give what you can, from your heart. No materials are required, just bring your wonderful self. I look forward to meeting some new people in the area and bringing value to the community 😁
