Abstract Acrylic Painting Workshop

Age Level: Adults & Teens 15+
Skill Level: Intermediate-Advanced
* Attendees should have some experience and skills with acrylic painting techniques.
* This is a great class to gain inspiration for future works and new processes.
* We will experiment with materials and processes during the entire class.
Instructor: Kelly Lucarelli, BFA, MAT

Freshen up your ABSTRACT thinking and techniques for creating textures, backgrounds, and designs with this super-engaging painting workshop. Artist Kelly Lucarelli will guide you through a variety of art techniques, thought-provoking exercises, and media to unleash the abstract creator in you.

We'll explore:
• A variety of media & techniques to build surface textures & designs which work well with acrylic paint
• Playing with color, design, symbolism, & composition
• Creating on impulse
• Experimenting some more

ALL ART SUPPLIES WILL BE PROVIDED.
