Grab your bestie and join us for this vacation style tour across Mexico. Mexican cuisine is a combination of the foods of the ancient Aztecs, like corn and peppers and that of the Spanish conquistadors with their meats and their cheeses. Both Cabo San Lucas and Cancun are beach towns so their cuisine is heavily influenced by the abundance of fresh seafood. After this class you will be ready to grab a lounge chair and an umbrella for your drink and enjoy the cool ocean breezes! You’ll see that Mexican Cuisine is more than just tacos!

🍽️ On the Menu:

• Mango Avocado Crab Salad with Spicy Lime Vinaigrette
• Fried Cabo Fish Tacos with Homemade Flour Tortillas
• Pineapple Pico and Zesty Lime Crema
• Jicama Slaw
• Cilantro Rice
• Coconut Lime Tres Leches Cake
