From bright salads to vibrant mains and a dreamy tropical dessert, you’ll learn how to balance bold ingredients and bring a taste of vacation to your table. Come ready to cook, learn, and escape to the tropics—no plane ticket required!

• Grilled Shrimp, Papaya and Avocado Salad with Vanilla Bean Vinaigrette
• Coconut Rice
• Grilled Plantains with Chili Lime Salt
• Pineapple Sweet and Sour Chicken
• Banana Rum Custard Tarts
