An ECK Light and Sound Service is a celebration of God’s love for Soul—an uplifting and heart-opening experience.
Eckankar teaches that Divine Spirit speaks to us through Light and Sound—direct, personal experiences of God’s presence. This service will last a little over an hour and includes:

➡A creative spiritual presentation
➡Group circle discussions
➡Two guided contemplations using HU, an ancient, sacred mantra that opens the heart and deepens spiritual connection
