Pasta Night - A Hands-on Pasta Making Experience

In this class, you’ll learn how to make fresh pasta dough from scratch and shape three different styles by hand. Chef Jorge will prepare and pair each pasta with a signature sauce, guiding you step-by-step while you sip, cook, and connect. Bring a date, grab some friends, or come solo and enjoy a night of fun, social cooking!

• Linguini Aglio e Olio – a simple classic with garlic, chili, and olive oil
• Mushroom & Truffle Tortellini – rich parmesan cream and earthy fall flavors
• Strozzapreti with Eggplant Bolognese – a hearty vegetarian twist on tradition
