Life Improv Workshop
We will use our most accessible tools- movement, vocals and text- to express our authentic response for each and every moment. We will improvise, exploring our relationship with ourselves and with others while expanding the range of our response-ability. Through various prompts and excersises we will practice responding to our inner voice, listening to our partners, and fining the middle way between the two.
About facilitator, Roni Chelben:Founder director of Gathering Ground Theater in Austin, TX. For over a decade, Roni has utilized improvisation in her theater for social change work as well as in her work as a theater and film director. She has experienced the empowering and healing power of improvisation on herself and others and is excited to continue sharing it.
