Combine the energy of the full moon and sound meditation to release any emotional blockages and things that no longer serve you. During this time it's a great opportunity to connect with the transformative power of this lunar cycle, encourage deep relaxation, and spiritual rejuvenation.

Suggested items to bring are a yoga mat, pillow/ blanket for comfort, water, and wearing comfy clothing to help deepen relaxation.

Includes complimentary tea and lavender essential oil.

No experience is necessary to participate, simply bring yourself and an open mind :)
