Circle of Fire: The Summer of 1865

Experience what life was like at Fort Laramie during the tumultuous summer of 1865 after the massacre at Sand Creek a year prior. See the fort come to life once again with the presence of marching soldiers during this weekend of Civil War-era living history and special programs.

This event is free to the public. Be sure to pack sunscreen, water, and snacks. No food will be available for purchase at event. Vintage sodas will be sold available for sale in the enlisted men's bar.
