Passing the Music Down

Susan Casler will present a workshop for children combining reading, old time fiddling, making an egg shaker and the joy of marching and playing to live music. The workshop will feature the book Passing the Music Down by Sarah Sullivan, which tells the story of a little boy named Jake learning fiddle from the esteemed Melvin Wine. This will be interspersed with the fiddle tunes of local fiddle master Victor Kibler.

Family Friendly Kids event. Free and open to the public.
