Women, fem and non-binary runners of all abilities, come join us for a trail running session at Coyote Ridge. I love your puppies, but not at Coyote. Leave the dogs at home. We'll meet in the parking lot and run a warmup mile and dynamic stretches followed by the workout of the day.

Meet us by the Spring Canyon dog park to do a warmup mile towards Dixon Reservoir. If the weather closes the trails we'll run the pavement on the Spring Creek Trail.

We'll gather to do some quick dynamic warm ups and drills followed by the workout of the day usually on the 2 mile loop around Dixon Reservoir. Go at whatever speed feels comfortable and feel free to alter the workout if it better fits your goals. I'll be yelling out the intervals so if you don't have your own timer, I've got you covered. At the end we'll gather ourselves and do a cool down back to the start.
I plan to mix in tempo work, hills and alternative interval structures. Feel free to share ideas and suggestions.
