Mindfulness and NADA Acupuncture Group

Mindfulness and NADA Ear Acupuncture Group is provided every Friday from 2:00 - 3:00pm by Jillian Popp, LPC, ADS, ATR
Located at the Fort Collins Circus Center 2536 Midpoint Dr Fort Collins, CO Door A Upstairs Yoga Room.
ACCEPTING BOTH commercial insurance and Medicaid.

Additional Details:
Group will begin with a mindfulness-based intervention or meditation practice, followed by NADA ear acupuncture (Acudetox). NADA involves the gentle placement of five small needles into each ear. The placements correlate with spiritual wellbeing, depression, anger, reducing anxiety, and hyperarousal. As well as improving sleep and reducing cravings.
