Belly Dance at The Movement Apothecary

Belly dance is a dance style that combines percussive isolations, fluid movements, and a healthy dose of shimmies. Class may include choreography, drills, and prop work.

This low-impact dance class is beginner-friendly and modifications are available to accommodate the needs of all dancers. Hip scarves are available to borrow during class.
