Care Team Training

Join Army Community Service for Care Team Training held monthly from 1:30 – 3:30 p.m. in the ACS Training Room, Building 7, Room #111! Discover how you can become a Care Team volunteer, offering invaluable support to families after they have been notified of a loved one's serious illness or casualty. The Care Team focuses on offering practical assistance and emotional support to families in need on a short-term basis, before other family members can provide additional support. This crucial support helps families cope during difficult times, whether it be due to a deployment or any other traumatic situation involving casualty assistance.

Registration is recommended by calling 706-545-7517 or 706-545-4043. Walk-ins are also welcome! DA Civilians, family members, and the Fort Moore community are all encouraged to attend. This event is open to the public, and we prefer participants to be 18 years old and above. Don't miss out on this opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those in need!
