Dirt Detectives Mini Camp

Get ready to dig into fun at our Dirt Detectives Mini-Camp, happening July 9 from 8 am-Noon! Young explorers will investigate the wonders of soil, rocks, bugs, and all things underground!

Activities include:
🌺 STEM: Color changing flowers
🪱 STEM: Watch real worms digging tunnels
🪨 STEM: Learn about different types of rocks
🦋 Art: Make a butterfly, paint with mud
🐜 Snack: Ants on a log (celery, peanut butter, raisins)
🐝 Group games: Nectar relay race, caterpillar obstacle course, sticky spider web toss
🐞 Music & movement: Baby bumblebee, bug yoga, floor is lava
🐛 Storytime: All About Insects by Dr. Seuss

Walk-ins are welcome. However, space may be limited, so pre-registration is recommended. 🙂

👉 CLTS families: Ask your case manager about covering our mini camps. We are registered as a respite provider!

Please note: Drop-off care is only available for children who are potty trained. Children who are not potty trained may be accompanied by an adult.
