🦋Hiking @ Fort Worth Nature Refuge🦋

Monday:
Hiking the Canyon Ridge Trail at FWNR. At the top there are 2-3 CCC old structures (Rest a While, Lone Point and Broadview) but even more impressive is the spring wildflowers and butterfly activity. There is some decent climb along the trail. Estimate is 4-5 miles roundtrip.

Meet at the parking lot near Greer Island at the end of Shoreline Drive.

Tuesday:
Meet at the Bison Range Parking Lot on right side of Buffalo Rd. Trail hike will be Wild Plum to Riverbottom to Cross Timbers and back. Estimate 6.5 miles

Entrance is $6 unless have FWNR annual membership.
