Spend the summer on a science adventure! Join us for engaging Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics Workshops. Children can explore new topics each Monday and Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Children must be ages 5-12.
One Workshop Fee: $45 member | $50 nonmember
($15 off for each additional sibling, 10% off when you sign up for at least 8 workshops per child)
Please send your child with a lunch and drink. Optional: Send your child with bug spray and sunscreen for outdoor activities.
July 1: Critters Up Close Part 2
Get ready for a wild adventure into the world of animal science! This hands-on day will have you investigating owl pellets and lionfish through exciting dissections, using microscopes to explore tiny critters, and discovering the amazing world of wildlife biology. Try your hand at fun veterinary activities, create your own animal X-rays, and uncover the hidden secrets of different creatures. With plenty of exciting discoveries along the way, this day is perfect for curious young scientists. Do you have the guts to join us?

Cancellations and Refunds:
The Emerald Coast Science Center reserves the right to reserve or cancel classes. Each class has a minimum and maximum enrollment number. In the event of a workshop cancellation, all fees will be returned in full and parents or guardians will be notified as soon as possible. There is a 30% administrative fee for any customer cancellations. Guests who do not attend the event will not receive a refund after the event has occurred.
Drop off and Pick up:
No children are left unattended in the museum. The museum does not open to the public until 10 a.m., so after drop off, we ask that you please wait outside of the museum or in your vehicle if you wish to bring in other children to play in the museum that day; you will need to pay general admission for this unless you are a member.
Please be on time when dropping off and picking up students. There is a fee for late pick-ups: if you are more than 10 minutes late picking up your child(ren), a late fee of $15 will be applied per child.
