Hosted at our professional Strength & Conditioning Facility, this program combines science-backed training methods with expert coaching to enhance every aspect of your athleticism.
💪 Program Breakdown:
3 Lifting Days (Strength + Power Focus):
-Explosive Olympic lifts
-Max strength work (squat, bench, deadlift variations)
-Accessory work to build joint integrity and durability
-Core stability + rotational power development
-Mobility and recovery work built in
🏃♂️ 2 Speed & Agility Days:
-Linear acceleration & top-end speed mechanics
-Multi-directional agility + change of direction
-Plyometrics & reactive drills
-Sprint technique refinement
-Conditioning built for sport performance—not just fitness
