Free Gentle Yoga on the Beach with Dr Brian

Join us in this beautiful, natural setting to stretch, breathe and relax! Dr Brian has been teaching yoga for over 35 years and he brings his unique knowledge, wisdom and humor to this experience of Gentle Yoga. Open to all levels, very beginner friendly.
Please bring two beach towels, sunglasses, a hat and sunscreen. The class is free but it does cost $2/hr to park and it's best to pay for 2 hours as the class generally runs 75 minutes. Lee County uses an app to pay by QR code or you can purchase an annual pass for about $60 (strongly recommended as its good for all other parks too).
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early in order to allow time to park and pay and walk to our spot to the left. Spots fill up fast so make sure arrive earlier during peak times.
Note that the exact location on the beach may change due to the shifting sand. Walk to left and you will see us.
Class may be cancelled due to the temperature being below 60 degrees and cloudy or windy or of course if it's raining. Other issues such as red tide or drift algae may also cause the class to be cancelled. Notice will be placed on FB and also sent to everyone on our yoga email list.
