Annual Murph Event at CrossFit Fort Monroe

Join the community at CrossFit Fort Monroe for our Annual Murph event overlooking the beautiful historic scenery at Fort Monroe. This event is FREE and open to all fitness levels.

Each year we honor those who have sacrificed their lives for our Country by completing a tribute workout in honor of Lt. Michael Murphy who was KIA on June 28, 2005. Murph is a tough workout that can be scaled in many ways to accommodate all fitness levels.

1 Mile Run (This can be substituted with a stationary bike for folks that cannot run)

100 Push Ups
200 Pull Ups (This can be substituted with a variety of safe movements such as ring rows)
300 Air Squats
