Great American Campout

The National Wildlife Federation’s Great American Campout unites campers across the country, and the Anne Springs Close Greenway will host a local group campout event to celebrate the occasion. Join us for this national night under the stars at the Lake Haigler Entrance!

Guided activities include camp favorites like the inflatable water slide, fishing, archery, kayaking, and night hikes. For dinner just walk right up to the Greenway Canteen! Dine in and listen to live music on the lawn, or get your order to-go and bring it back to your campsite. Skip the line and order online! Campers are also welcome to bring their own food to cook over the campfire. And of course we’ll provide s’mores for dessert!

In the morning, join us for Rise and Shine Yoga and wagon rides. Leashed, well-behaved dogs are always welcome, but please clean up after your pup. Always Leave No Trace when enjoying nature.
