Are you motivated, hands-on, and ready to grow in one of Australia’s highest-paid trades?
We’re a family-owned and operated flooring business with decades of experience, and we're looking for the right person to join our team!
This is a flexible, hands-on position where you’ll learn from the ground up — from preparation and take-ups to installation and possibly floor sanding.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ A reliable, positive, and outgoing person
✅ Willing to do all tasks required – no job too big or small
✅ Able to work flexible hours, including some weekends and late afternoons
✅ A team player who can also problem-solve independently
✅ Open to learning new skills on the job
Must-Haves:
✅ ABN (Australian Business Number)
✅ Full driver’s licence (must be able to tow trailers and drive manual)
✅ No major driving offences or DUIs
✅ Own transport to get to our main warehouse in Taree
✅ Willingness to travel across Taree, Forster, and surrounding areas
Bonus Points For:
⭐ Any experience in flooring (especially carpet, vinyl, timber or floor sanding)
⭐ A strong work ethic and motivation to learn
⭐ Physically fit and capable of lifting/moving materials
