Ocean Breathing
Ocean Breathing is a free community gathering held on the first Sunday of each month. This gentle sunrise practice relaxes the body and enhances breathing, drawing on the ancient Ki of the ocean to cultivate radiant health. Come as you are, leave energised. This month, donations will support Sweet Pea Vet and their wonderful community work. Just turn up and share the morning with us.
