Międzynarodowe Plenerowe Spotkania ze Sztuką to impreza, którą Żarski Dom Kultury organizuje od ponad 30 lat. Są to coroczne spotkania mieszkańców z dziełami sztuki i kultury światowej, z artystami z całego świata, odbywające się w rynku, na ulicach miasta. Jest to szeroki cykl działań animacyjnych: warsztaty artystyczne dla dzieci, młodzieży i dorosłych (teatr, taniec, plastyka, fotografia). W tym roku dodatkowo wydarzenie obfituje w koncerty, pokazy filmów i spotkania z artystami. Przygotowanych jest wiele niespodzianek i wydarzeń które zainteresują każdego!
