A rustic afternoon of bread and warmth at 11 Acre Farm
Step into the golden-lit cafe space and spend the afternoon baking the old-fashioned way — with your hands in dough, flour on your apron, and good company around the bench.
Guided by Loris Peri (@loris_thebaker), beloved baker formerly of The Bread Social, Sonoma, and Bourke Street Bakery, this intimate sourdough workshop is a celebration of slowness, simplicity, and the magic of wild-fermented bread.
✦ What to Expect
This hands-on class unfolds in two gentle parts:
Part One – Mix & Muse
Loris will guide you through his personal recipe, demystify the sourdough schedule, and share how to weave bread-making into daily life.
Part Two – Shape, Bake & Feed
Together we’ll shape and bake a loaf, feed the starter for the first time, and talk through the rhythm of caring for this living culture at home.
✦ You’ll Take Home
A sourdough starter to nurture
Your own handmade dough, shaped and ready to bake at home
A warm, fresh loaf from the farm oven
A printed recipe + key notes to guide your journey
✦ Also Included
A welcome drink on arrival — choose from hot or cold tea or a glass of wine
Sourdough pizza to enjoy together after class while talking all things yeast
