I have been inspired by my reflections & memories from my time spent in Bali during my teacher training. It has given me the idea of recreating some of the main learning from that time, in a workshop, aimed towards people that may want to start, develop or deepen their Yoga practice.
Yoga poses only make up 2% of what Yoga comprises of. There is another 98% of content to explore beyond that. This is what allows for deep routed, transformational change. Knowing there is a different way, an alternative path. A different way of being. A new relationship with yourself, others & the world.
The workshop will include looking at the 8 limbs of Yoga, Yoga Philosophy, Breath work, Meditation & Relaxation. We will look at how to build & sustain a daily practice that will strengthen your mental health & wellbeing.
All in the beautiful backdrop of Blair’s Loch. A haven of tranquility, nature & rejuvenation.
With everything you might need provided. Yoga mats, cushions, drinks & snacks. Give yourself a few hours in the week for you.
