Spring Mini Retreat

Our morning retreats are designed with the season in mind. As we approach the lightest days of the year, absorb the energy of spring through a refreshing blend of movement, soothing sound, and deep relaxation, all crafted to rejuvenate your mind and body.

What to expect:
In a bright and airy studio, soft blankets, and natural light, you'll be guided through a nurturing practice, complete with hands-on adjustments and optional mini massages to support your relaxation.

Freya will lead you through uplifting Sanskrit Mantras, followed by a serene sound bath to release tension and restore balance.

The morning will close with refreshing herbal infusions and seasonal treats, celebrating the vibrant energy of spring.
